Soft Play Booking Policy By booking a Soft Play session, you agree to the following terms: ✅ No Refunds: All Soft Play bookings are non-refundable, including missed sessions. ✅ Parental Responsibility: Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their child/children at all times during the session. Our staff are present to facilitate the session but are not responsible for supervising children. ✅ Liability Disclaimer: Power Cheer does not accept responsibility for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings while on site.
