8 weeks with coach Syd, weekly check ins, homework and small group session. Whats included: Weekly talaired homework Before and after videos Access to stretch class ever week A private group session (only 8 athletes that sign up) Weekly zoom check in with coach Syd Any ability and age welcome, for this tailor made programme with Syd. Starting Friday 9th Jan for 8 weeks. Weekly session is Fridays 4.30-5.30pm
